Responsibilities
- Analyze the suppliers market (external and internal)
- Maintain an updated list of potential suppliers
- Prepare procurement documentation
- Announcement placement on the web site, trading creation, e-mail notification, assistance to applicants, answers to commercial and general questions, and cooperation with Requestors for answers to technical questions
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare supplier selection reports
- E-archive procurement documentation
- Check-up of contracts drafts
- Check-up of deposits, invoices, acts of acceptance and other documents and their diversion
- Maintain databases
- Comply with the requirements of Anti-Corruption legislation, as well as follow the requirements fixed in Compliance sensitive normative documents of the functional Unit/Department
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Required Qualifications
- Higher education preferably in Economics
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement
- Awareness of the law of the RA on Procurements and Public Auctions, as well as Civil Code of the RA
- Knowledge of Procurement Unit’s Normative Documents: Purchasing Policy, Selection of Suppliers, Annual Purchasing Planning, Managing Problematic Suppliers and the Company’s Code of Ethics
- Effective communication skills
- Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Time management skills
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, flexibility
- Ability to conduct negotiations and bargains
- Ability to work under pressure with critical deadlines
