Responsibilities
- Monitor the working process of the system, inform the relevant departments if problems are detected
- Processing of incoming applications, and prioritization
- Check/consider requests from partner operators in a short period of time
- Organization and control of system failure and accident elimination works
- Follow the process of solving problems presented by subscribers
- Accident classification and analysis
- Compile and submit reports to the head of department, upon request
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in IT or finance
- Troubleshooting experience
- Technical skills (computer knowledge, ability to quickly learn new programs)
- Software knowledge of mobile devices
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in stressful situations and quickly orientate
- Ability to make independent decisions.
