Responsibilities
- Support employees with the immigration processes and documents (Visa, working permit etc.) - Onboard and integrate new employees into the Studio according to local rules and policies - Organize and maintain personnel records - Update databases (e.g. Netsuite) - Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides - Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance - Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) - Answer employees queries about HR-related issues - Provide the relevant employee information to the external payroll partner (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) - Participate in HR projects - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation - Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree - At least 3 years’ proven experience as as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company - Advanced knowledge of local labor law - Strong knowledge of immigration law (visa and working permits) - Excellent English both written and verbal - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular) - Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
