Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
- Handle the arrival and departure of guests
- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily
- Appraise team’s performance and produce reports
- Implement plans to improve customer satisfaction
- Inform guests about updates of services
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 year of working experience in the Hospitality Department
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great leadership skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
