Food & Beverage Manager

- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards - Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns - Report on management regarding sales results and productivity - Maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs - Hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff

- At least 2 years of experience in customer service - Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Proven food and beverage management experience - Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices - Ability to multi-task - Good organizational skills
