- Tool Configuration and Management - Configure and maintain SDLC tools, including JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Azure DevOps, monitoring tools and other relevant systems to support development processes - Customize tool settings, workflows, dashboards and permissions to meet requirements and optimize team performance - Manage tool integrations with other systems and ensure data synchronization across platforms - Dashboard Development and BI Integration - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) based on data from IT tools. - Create visualizations that provide actionable insights and facilitate decision-making for development teams and management - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver relevant and accurate BI reports. SDLC Process Support - Ensure SDLC tools effectively support all stages of the development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment and monitoring - Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues and resolve configuration problems - Work with development teams to tailor tools to their workflows and enhance productivity - User Support and Training - Offer technical support and guidance to end-users of SDLC and BI tools - Develop and deliver user instructions and training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using tools and dashboards - Address user feedback and implement improvements based on user needs

- Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus - 2+ years of experience in configuring and managing IT tools for SDLC processes and BI dashboard development - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Azure DevOps, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Skills and Competencies - Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies - Proficiency in configuring and managing JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Azure DevOps, and other relevant IT tools - Experience with BI tools and developing dashboards and reports - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Certifications - Relevant certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Power BI or similar are desirable
