Researcher / Interviewer

- Design and conduct qualitative, user-centered research aligned with ISAA’s methodology - Develop tailored interview guides, questionnaires, and research tools for each education stage - Identify and define key user personas (e.g., parents, students, educators, administrators) - Conduct focus groups and in-depth interviews with diverse user groups - Document and summarize insights after each research activity - Analyze findings to identify user pain points, expectations, and barriers - Create detailed user journey maps for each education stage - Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure research insights inform service redesign - Prepare and deliver a final comprehensive report outlining key insights and actionable recommendations

- University degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Education, Design Research, or a related field - At least 2–3 years of experience in user or human-centered research - Strong understanding of Armenia’s education system - Familiarity with digital transformation efforts in the public sector - Proven experience with qualitative research methods, such as interviews and focus groups - Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills - Proficiency in Armenian required; working knowledge of English is a plus
