Senior UX/UI Designer

- Own UX processes from research to design delivery across various fintech products - Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and other UX research practices - Translate research into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs - Promote user-centered design principles within the product development process - Use AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance research, ideation, and documentation - Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life - Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design systems and best practices

- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or other complex digital platforms - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices - Experience using AI tools in design workflows is a plus - Understanding of prompt writing for ChatGPT or similar tools - Solid portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and user-focused design - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus - Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams is preferred - Familiarity with front-end development - Design system management experience
