- Gather, process, and analyze financial data from various departments and systems - Determine standard costs and investigate any variances compared to actuals - Prepare clear, comprehensive financial reports—both regular and ad-hoc - Support strategic decision-making by providing cost-benefit analysis (e.g., investments, pricing strategies, market expansion) - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and processes - Evaluate and monitor changes in operations or methodologies to assess financial impact - Estimate and analyze costs for existing and upcoming products - Forecast and assess costs related to processes, labor, and inventoryIdentify and recommend cost-saving opportunities or strategies to boost profitability - Conduct market research to support business planning and financial forecasting

- Graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field - Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel. - Fluent in English and Russian (written and verbal) - Proven experience in financial, operational, or cost analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Confident communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
