- Negotiate and execute transactions in international financial markets—including bonds, foreign exchange, and derivatives—for the effective management of the Central Bank’s international reserves - Prepare comprehensive macroeconomic profiles of advanced and emerging economies and conduct thorough analyses of global financial markets - Consolidate and interpret transaction data, delivering analytical reports and insights to the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia - Perform additional duties aligned with the strategic objectives of the position and the Central Bank’s mandate

- Higher education in economics, finance, business, or a related field - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team - Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
