- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management - Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & emerging platforms - Creativity with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and viral trends - Excellent copywriting and communication skills - Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking - Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
