IT Project Manager

- Project management of the department, monitoring and control of projects - Gathering and formalizing project requirements - Approval of the overall project concept and initiating project execution - Developing a step-by-step project plan and monitoring task completion - Ensuring adherence to project deadlines - Communication with clients and partners - Maintaining project documentation and generating reports at each project stage - Organizing the work of the entire IT team - Performing administrative and management functions for the IT team: meeting deadlines, solving ongoing issues, maintaining communication - Participating in the preparation of technical requirement - Organizing the setup and configuration of development and testing environments - Applying professional skills in comprehensive analysis - Utilizing agile project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and monitoring the project lifecycle

- Proven experience in the IT industry is required (experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage) - Higher technical education - Analytical thinking - Readiness for change - Responsibility for results - Ability to work in a team - Client-oriented approach - Strong organizational skills - Innovativeness - Effective time management - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Management and leadership skills
