Responsibilities
- Organizing and planning outbound tours
- Providing consultation and selling travel packages to clients
- Offering information, advice, and support for client inquiries
- Monitoring tour details, managing itinerary adjustments and changes
- Providing high-quality service to clients during the trip
- Collaborating with international partners to ensure smooth execution of tours
- Promoting and developing new tour packages
Required Qualifications
- Language proficiency: Armenian, English, and Russian
- Organized approach with attention to detail
- Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations is a plus
