Junior Systems Administrator

- Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues efficiently - Install, configure, troubleshoot, and evaluate new and existing operating systems - Relocate equipment as needed - Create, maintain, and update technical documentation - Foster collaboration and contribute to a supportive team environment

- At least 1 year of experience as a Systems Administrator or IT Support Specialist - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field - Proficiency in maintaining Windows systems, particularly Windows 10 - Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software, with an analytical mindset - Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSH, FTP, and RDP. - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills - Experience with Linux and/or MacOS is an advantage
