Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing optimized daily/weekly/monthly campaign programs for customer retention and reactivation
- Creating and implementing private promotions for specified segments through CRM tools
- Testing promotions and promotional materials to ensure compliance and UX excellence
- Analyzing and indicating promo KPIs
- Organizing customer communications flow. Targeting an appropriate segment for each promotion according to communication tools (SMS, internal message, popup, email, Social Media activities)
- Support and assist with end-user trainings, direct partner communications and coordinate with the implementation of the service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/ business management/ economics or communication
- Knowledge of English and Russian is a must (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team, collaborate and meet deadlines
- Experience in service and/ or strong communication skills
