Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist project plans, timelines, and deliverables development
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of project goals and timelines
Training Testing Process:
- Coordinate the testing of training materials to ensure they are effective and meet learning objectives
- Organize pilot tests of new training modules, gather feedback from participants, and report the results to the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Assist in refining and adjusting training materials based on the testing process to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with project objectives
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress and report status updates to the Training Development manager and stakeholders
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and status reports
- Identify potential risks or delays and work with the Training Development Manager to implement corrective actions
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication between project teams and key stakeholders
- Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure stakeholders are regularly informed of project progress, changes, and updates
Administrative Support:
- Handle project-related administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and updating project management tools
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of new team members or external contractors as needed
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and organized for easy reference
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in training or learning development projects
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Doc, Sheetl, Form, Slides) and familiarity with digital file management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Armenian
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) will be a plus
