Relationship Manager, Premium Banking Direction

- Act as the main contact person for Partner, Premium and other clients at the Bank, giving advice and properly presenting any service offered by the Bank - Using knowledge of the Bank’s various products and services, anticipate client needs and propose solutions proactively - Expand business relationships with existing clients of the Bank, contributing to growth of the client’s profit: 1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering the right solutions for making informed decisions 2. ​​​​​​​Collaborate with business partners to offer tailored solutions to clients - Attract new clients and expand cooperation opportunities - Identify major clients, develop an engagement strategy for them, and enhance relationships - Identify new opportunities based on the client’s due diligence - Develop and implement new business strategies to attract and retain Partner, Premium and other clients - Maintain and provide advice, where necessary, on both the investment and loan portfolios of Partner, Premium and other clients, as well as manage risks and profitability - Track client’s account turnover and offer new services, where necessary - Maintain client’s transactions throughout the business process - Expand client financing and product implementation volumes, emphasizing earning of interest and non-interest income - Ensure growth of the investment portfolio, as well as develop other products in accordance with the approved annual financial plan - Conduct regular market research and identify new directions for development, make recommendations for development of new products and enhancement of the existing ones - Contribute to the development and promotion of banking products in local and international markets, positioning as a leading bank - Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the Bank and implied by the position - Perform other tasks assigned by the manager(s) with relation to the working process

- Higher education in business administration, finance, accounting, economics
