SMM Specialist

- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create captivating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns - Research industry trends and target audience behavior to tailor campaigns effectively - Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and propose innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Advertising, or a related field - 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role - Strong creative skills with proven experience in content creation (strong video editing experience is a must and graphic design experience is a plus) - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to optimize campaigns based on data (like Hootsuite, - Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics) - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects - Strong communication skills in English, with fluency in Russian preferred - Passion for the trucking industry or eagerness to learn about it is a huge plus
