- Lead and mentor the React development team - Collaborate with the client to understand project requirements and business goals - Oversee the development of the front-end layer using React, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability - Participate in architectural decisions for both front-end and back-end layers - Conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD processes, and ensure automated testing - Provide estimations, technical analysis, and documentation for project milestones

- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and React.js development - Proficiency in HTML/CSS, SASS/SCSS, and Git - Experience with cloud technologies - Knowledge of modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Grunt, and CI/CD. Familiarity with API development and integration (REST, GraphQL) - Knowledge of accessibility best practices and responsive design. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities - Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers
