Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day activities
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked and accessible
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance, and office equipment suppliers)
- Handle office maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and arranging for repairs when necessary
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming office environment
- Oversee office layout and space planning, ensuring the space is well-organized and conducive to productivity
- Manage office moves, seating arrangements, and organize spaces for team events and meetings, in collaboration with the Event Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in English and Russian is required (Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office management software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems
- Aproactive and positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of office management
