Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems, escalating when necessary to appropriate departments
- Log, track, and manage requests
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of support tickets, meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs)
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved to satisfaction. Collaborate with the other team to manage and resolve more complex issues
- Provide feedback to the product and development teams on recurring issues or user challenges to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
