Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent stock of essential office items, ensuring they are replenished before running out - Purchase and organize items such as snacks, beverages, coffee, tea, office supplies, cleaning materials, and disposable items - Ensure seasonal fruits, healthy and unhealthy snacks, and other consumables are always available and refreshed. - Regularly update snack and beverage options to match team preferences - Inventory Management - Restock and organize consumables in designated areas (e.g., kitchen, meeting rooms, bathrooms) - Ensure all coffee machines are stocked with ground and bean coffee, clean, and functioning - Verify availability of cleaning supplies, stationery, and office equipment - Manage and monitor items such as A4 paper, printer supplies, birthday decorations, and repair tools
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role is a plus - Familiarity with office supply vendors and purchasing processes - Flexibility to work part-time hours with occasional availability for urgent tasks - Basic technical skills to handle minor office equipment issues (e.g., troubleshooting coffee machines) - Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) - Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors for event planning
