Responsibilities
- Creates a job description, posts a vacancy announcement
- Responsible for the implementation of the process of filling the vacant positions assigned to him
- Conducts staff development needs assessment, makes recommendations
- Draws up legal acts regulating labor relations with employees in accordance with RA Legislation
- Monitors employees' attendance, vacations, overtime, prepares a working time report (tabel)
- Regularly updates employee data in relevant software and databases
- Performs analysis
- Performs the adaptation and familiarization of newly hired employees to the organization
- Participates in the preparation of events and meetings for the staff
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of HR
- Knowledge of the Labor Code
- Knowledge of English and Russian
- Good knowledge of MS-Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work systematically
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to acquire new knowledge
