Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding employee data management
- Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee changes in the HR system
- Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding records and documentation
- Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives and projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR documantation specialist 2+ years
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ARMsoft and other HR software
