- Market Research, Map all the relevant foundations and entities we whom we can partner - Email prospective donors and identify potential opportunities - Make zoom calls with perspective donors - Prepare grant applications and submit - Organize gala events - Organize participation to the exhibitions - Entry of information about prospect into CRM, create dated follow-ups - Participate in the organization of internal events, photoshooting, etc

- Junior/Senior year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other related field - Advanced knowledge of English is a must (C1/C2), knowledge of Russian is a plus - Ability to work quickly and be responsible - Energetic person, doer and changer by mentality - Excellent communication and verbal skills - Persuasion skills - Ability to write engaging/sales emails - Empathetic person - Learner by mentality
