- Directs an organization's financial planning and analysis function to monitor business performance and plan investment, budgeting, and financial strategies - Develops policies and procedures to collect and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and interpretation of financial metrics - Coordinates financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to drive efficient financial operations - Reviews financial statements, reports, and models to develop business insights, create financial projections, and advise cost management and investment decisions - Researches, develops, and improves financial modeling and forecasting methodologies - Implements controls and policies to monitor and ensure all financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities meet industry standards and regulatory compliance - Oversees the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis and planning projects to promote and ensure quality standards and sound methodologies

- master’s degree in finance or business analysis - 5+ years of experience in relevant positions - knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS - excellent written and oral communication skills in English - abilities to perform several tasks in a short time - teamwork, cooperation, flexibility, and proactivity abilities - ability to solve problems in innovative ways - CPA or ACCA qualification will be a plus
