Responsibilities
- Diagnose network errors
- Send and receive Trouble Tickets to/from the clients
- Analyze data based on the received Trouble Tickets
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Monitor and test the quality of services
- Make routings based on own examination and company sales team
- Test the routes and analyzing the results
- Manage multiple cases at the same time
- Provide technical support to clients and the company sales team
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist, NOC or relevant role
- Familiarity with VoIP, LAN, and WAN systems
- Detail oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Proven written communication skills in English
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Working experience in Telecommunications area
