Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations and decision-making processes
- Manage and prioritize the General Manager’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Assist with staff training and development
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and organizing important documents
- Assist with conferences, special projects and hotel events as needed
- Oversee all property positions in the absence of the General Manager
- Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in management, preferably within a hotel environment
- Strong skills in English and Russian languages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Hotel PMS is advantage
- Strong leadership and team management experience
