Logistics Manager

- Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken - Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions - Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and project database, and report regularly to senior managers about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules - Consult with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for improvements of the supply-chain network - Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications

- One or more years of experience in logistics for wholesale distribution or retail supply chain - Four or more years of experience in project management or a leadership position - Strong systems skills, including proficiency with integrated software applications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, with focus on supply-chain management - Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including maritime, over-the-road, rail, customs, and warehousing) - Entrepreneurial mindset
