Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the company’s advertising campaigns in line with marketing objectives. Proposing appropriate demographic targeting and intensity. Submit the schedule of advertising campaigns to the Director for approval - Coordinate the production, printing and installation of any type of advertising material - Initiate and implement media planning and advertising placement optimization programs aimed at continuously making the company's advertising presence more effective - Prepare presentations and reports on the planning, implementation, and effectiveness improvements of advertising campaigns to the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director as required by the business - Prepare the company's annual advertising budget and submit it to the head of the Marketing Department and the Commercial Director for approval, monitor the monthly budget performance plan - Negotiate with industry suppliers regarding advertising placements and campaign formats and participate in pricing negotiations in collaboration with the Procurement Department - Coordinate work with major advertising agencies, especially regarding TV and radio advertising planning and monthly placements - Ensure the efficient performance of the Advertising Team, including rational distribution of roles and performance evaluation - Lead the creative process from concept generation and approval through to execution, encompassing formats such as TV ads, print materials, and more. Creative work may involve external resources (e.g., specialized agencies, experts, individuals) with prior approval from the Head of Marketing - Manage coordination with advertising agencies (if/when applicable) - Enhance and uphold the company’s brand identity across all advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and communications, with a strong focus on consistency during events, sponsorships, and public engagements - Ensure that brand guidelines are carefully followed in both external and internal communications, so every advertisement, event material, and digital presence reflects the company’s values, tone, and visual identity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus - Proven experience (5+ years) in advertising, communications, and marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position - Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, media planning, and campaign execution across multiple channels (TV, digital, print, etc.) - Experience in managing advertising budgets, with a solid understanding of budget forecasting and financial reporting - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and innovation in campaign design - Knowledge of telecommunication or related industries is a plus
