- Manage credit risks associated with retail loans, i.e.: - Analyze and assess credit risks associated with the lending process; provide professional opinion - Assist in building creditworthiness models for loan products (including via AI/machine learning), ensure ongoing control and improvement - Monitor loans/lending portfolios, assess/identify risks - Develop, implement and apply credit risks management methods and models - Develop, assess, analyze and monitor internal risk management standards/parameters - Regulate risk management procedures - Perform other actions related to data analysis and processing - Exercise other risk management functions as it may be needed

- University degree in economics, management, finance, engineering, etc. - At least 1 years of work experience in finance or banking; background in bank risks management and lending will be a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is desirable - Knowledge of credit risk assessment/analysis methods - Experience in analysis of risks associated with banking operations is desirable - Knowledge of data processing and statistical methods is desirable - Strong critical thinking - Strong commitment to work - Creative thinking - Team-player skills and ability to cooperate - Negotiation skills - Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, result-driven performance - Ability to make quick and independent decisions - Time management skills
