Responsibilities
- Working within a team to process RFQ and tender requests through a current and third-party supplier - Identifying the best routes and rates available and communicating back through to customers - Customer Credit checking - Liaising between Sales and Operations teams on potential and booked shipments to ensure a smoothhandover between rates and Operations - Organizing Airfreight export shipments - Invoicing - Maintaining and managing current KPI’s through monthly reporting procedures - Rate and service negotiations with service providers to ensure the best routing/rating options
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English language skills - oral & and written - German language skills - oral & and written is desired - Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) - Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic - Ability to quickly process information and make decisions with meticulous attention todetails
