Product Manager for RMT

- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market segmentation, competition, and user demographics - Develop and maintain research documents outlining recommendations for the prioritization of the product roadmap - Develop detailed product roadmaps with clear timelines, goals, and success criteria - Ensure all deliverables have validated business value and are reviewed and approved by stakeholders - Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of planned work - Communicate external updates to partners and stakeholders, highlighting key changes and enhancements - Create and update product documentation for all releases, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness - Identify and highlight the changes for marketing materials, providing justification and collaborating with the marketing team - Monitor and analyze usage metrics, financial metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance - Provide recurring updates and reports on business and product performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities - Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, promptly responding to board requests and meeting task deadlines - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Tech, Design, Support, Legal, Compliance, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree with a managerial or analytical component preferred - 2-3 years of work experience in Product Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience in Agile environments
