Cyber Security Specialist

- Implement and enforce security measures across business and IT processes - Ensure the effectiveness of security controls, including SOX ITGC, and maintain regulatory compliance - Define and integrate information security requirements into company processes and systems - Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity - Monitor compliance with security requirements across company infrastructure - Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide mitigation strategies - Enforce secure system management practices and ensure compliance with SLAs and policies - Assist in investigations of security violations and implement corrective actions - Support secure deployment and management of technical and software tools - Collaborate with other departments to align security measures with business goals

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity - Strong understanding of SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and relevant security standards - Experience with risk assessments and vulnerability management - Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity - Familiarity with security compliance regulations and best practices - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
