- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports and dashboards - Perform various analysis based on Tumo educational programs database - Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data - Working with management to prioritize business and information needs and creating BI tools - Research and monitoring of current processes and present new proposals aimed at increasing the effectiveness - Created various Excel documents to assist with pulling metrics data and presenting information to stakeholders for concise explanations of best placement for needed resources - Collaborate with the Software Development team to develop data collection systems and deliver other strategic proposals to ensure the efficiency and quality of statistical data - Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements - Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies - Documented effective and replicable methods for extracting data and organizing data sources - Upheld security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility - Provide support for tickets opened by stakeholders, ensuring their issues or requests related to data, reporting, or analytics are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science - Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field - Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks - Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations - Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms - High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases - Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases - Ability to develop tables, views and materialized views using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Jupyter Notebooks, Oracle, R, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker) - Understanding of addressing and metadata standards - High-level written and verbal communication skills
