Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial documentation
- Develop and support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis
- Business planning process support and improvement;
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial data and ensuring proper documentation is available
- Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs
- Execute fund transfers, wire payments, and ensure proper cash positioning across bank accounts
- Forecast cash flow needs and provide recommendations for optimizing cash resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (CFA, CTP, or similar certification is a plus)
- Proven experience in reporting, business planning, treasury, cash management, or corporate finance roles
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and investment strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) . Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Good user of accounting systems (preferably 1C
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
