Lead Engineer

- Supervise and learn the design and construction of the high-tech greenhouse from the leading Dutch and French specialists - Learn and support the installation and integration of advanced agricultural technologies, such as automation systems for irrigation, climate control, and energy management - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of the project - Follow up on technical evaluations and procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services needed for the construction and operation of the greenhouse. Additionally, track the performance of construction and supplier companies to ensure compliance with contracts and commitments - Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards - Monitor and support the implementation of maintenance protocols to maintain optimal performance of greenhouse systems and equipment - Provide technical support throughout the project to ensure efficiency, innovation, and smooth operations during and after construction

- Bachelor’s degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering) or relevant strong work experience - Proven experience in managing engineering projects, ideally within the agriculture, construction, or technology sectors - Expertise in greenhouse systems and automation technologies is an advantage - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
