- Greenhouse management experience, preferably in high-tech environments. - Background in plant nutrition and fertigation techniques. - Background in diagnosing and solving pest and disease issues in greenhouse environments. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively lead and guide other team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality control and operational precision.
