- Lead Casino and Games product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through launch - Manage products while identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, develop promotion logics, and determining specifications - Translate business needs into high level stories/requirements for new-to-market features and drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the BI and Reporting and Regional teams via prioritized stories,develop requirement documents and use cases for product new features - Recommend the scope of present and future products of Casino and Games by reviewing product specifications and requirements per region (skins/market), appraising new product ideas and/or product changes - Set, follow up, and achieve the OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) of designated product team - Manage the identification and research of the target audience, the current market trends,demographics,competition, unique features, benefits, availability, customer needs and feedback, reviews of similar products, technology and innovation used in the product, collaborations with providers in the industry, and makes decisions based on it - Provide source data to colleagues (Product and R&D team, responsible for marketing) for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives - Understand customer needs and anticipate their future needs, focus on improving the customer experience within the product based on their research - Understand customer behavior, business drivers, help develop product strategy and business cases - Liaise with internal and external testing team to ensure features are delivered as expected, including user-acceptance testing of new developments - Partner directly with Regional teams to provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term products forecasts and special reports and analyses - Understand business and system processes, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate solutions and schedules clearly - Continuously assess and improve problem-solving processes and techniques to enhance effectiveness, evaluate potential solutions and determine the best course of action by identifying and analyzing complex problems - Partner directly with Franchise team to help and develop product needs, identify the right product to run, take responsibilities of uninterrupted work, licenses, legal documents, policies, procedures, regulations and manuals as required - Generate impactful strategic insights in order to make decisions on how to optimize user funnel and UI/UX for the products - Work closely with colleagues (Product and R&D team, responsible for marketing) to ensure product success and market growth - Identify and manage new and existing product partners and providers - Carry out the ad-hoc assignments of the department head and management

- Deep understanding of the betting and gambling industry, including both local and international markets - Knowledge of Risk Management, Backoffice, AGP - High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
