Responsibilities
- Prepare and process timesheets for consultants
- Prepare and issue bills for clients
- Communicate with clients on payment issues, supervise collection of receivables
- Prepare bank transfer-related documents
- Classify accounting documents, keep the books and handle the overall paper flow of the unit
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparation of reports and other daily issues
- Perform other tasks, whenever required
Required Qualifications
- University degree in economics, accounting or engineering
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian (including writing skills) required for continuous written communication with foreign partners
- Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel, above average)
- Analytical skills
- Commitment to professional growth and development, desire for personal growth and learning
- Demonstrated team-player skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
