- Develop, deploy, and maintain WordPress-based websites and applications - Manage the effective operation of TUMO's online platforms (marketing and eCommerce sites) - Ensure the smooth operation of our WooCommerce-based online store - Continuously review the website portfolio for improvements and enhancements - Handle support requests for website feature enhancements and bug fixes - Improve internal tools and processes

- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining custom themes and plugins for WordPress - Extensive knowledge of WordPress and PHP - Proficient in HTML and CSS - Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics - Ability to balance creative and technical skills - Self-starter with excellent time management, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
