- Consult users on how to use the SAP Build Work Zone product, e.g best practices for setting up a workspace or content pages - Process service requests from employees - Process incidents reported by employees or external users, e.g. access issues. Conduct necessary investigations and if required, report bugs to SAP development - Collect and evaluate requirements from end users and forward them to product management - Test new functionality released by the standard product - Configure the Work Zone instance according to business needs - Configure cards (widgets) that enable integration with other applications - Consult in defining the governance for the Work Zone instance in collaboration with the product owner

- Education - Experience in IT Support (3 years) - Strong communication skills - Fluency in English
