Video Production Specialist

- Coordinate the pre-production of video materials, including scheduling, scripting, and logistics for projects related to the curriculum - Assist and actively participate in the shooting and editing of video content used for educational purposes - Support research efforts to enhance the development of educational content and suggest improvements to the video production process - Collaborate in the production of educational content across various mediums, including, but not limited to text, audiovisual materials, ensuring it meets TUMO’s standards - Edit and refine existing video materials, providing updates and adjustments as necessary - Work closely with internal teams to identify needs and improvements for video content and ensure seamless integration into curriculum projects - Research and recommend innovative approaches to improve the quality and effectiveness of video production - Perform other duties as assigned

- Presenting a portfolio of work - Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects at once with varied deadlines, including long term projects that require constant updates - Superior communication, collaborative, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a must, other Adobe Suite software, such as After Effects, is a plus
