- Develop, plan and implement Company Social Media Marketing strategy according to Company’s goals - Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity - Create consistent, meaningful content on relevant social media platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness, improve customer engagement and boost sales - Develop, implement and promote social media campaigns - Conduct SMM ad campaigns results analysis and suggest improvements - Collect and analyze customer data, including interactions and visits, use this information to improve social media marketing strategies and campaigns - Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, and increase presence on existing platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram etc. - Develop, implement and manage social influencer programs - Research and monitor competitors’ activities - Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies - Submit relevant reports accurately and on time

- Higher education - Working Experience in Marketing or specifically in Social Media Marketing for at least 2 years - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages - Copywriting skills - Technical skills in working with SMM platforms - Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills; - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Advanced computer skills
