Junior System Administrator

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems - Assist in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches - Support internal staff with in daily technical issues - Monitoring for potential issues in a proactive manner - Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems - Provide professional assistance and support to internal staff

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - At least one year working experience in IT Technical support - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems - Strong knowledge of network/OSI - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products - Familiarity with remote desktop applications - Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude - Excellent communication skills - Prioritization and multi-tasking - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
