- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships and understanding their business goals, objectives, and challenges deeply - Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns or inquiries - Develop and execute strategies to maximize client success, retention, and satisfaction, including upselling and cross-selling services based on evolving needs - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and establish clear timelines and milestones, allocating resources efficiently - Monitor project progress and campaign performance, providing insights, making data-driven recommendations for optimization, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks - Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations are set - Gather client feedback to continuously improve service offerings, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and generate reports to showcase value and impact - Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness

- Proven experience in client management and project management, preferably in the digital marketing industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, channels, tactics, and best practices - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining positive client and team relationships - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously - Proactive, result-oriented mindset with great intuition, attention to detail, and a focus on driving client success and satisfaction - Proficiency in project management software and tools, with certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) being a plus - Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is beneficial
