Required Qualifications
- Provide MacOS computer setup and support for both staff and student computers
- Manage Windows 10 and 11 setup and support for staff computers
- Administer Google Workspace for user management and support
- Perform repairs on iMacs, MacBooks, or Microsoft-based desktop and laptop computers
- Configure networking, operating systems, and security parameters to ensure smooth operation
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of Audio-Visual devices, including MIDI keyboards, digital cameras, tablets, projectors, sound systems, and wireless microphones
- Create and manage users in Microsoft Active Directory, both on-premises and in Azure environments
