Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels: phone, e-mail, chat, social media, or in person
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Care
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, both written and oral
- Good knowledge of English. Both written and oral
- Experience with online shopping
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Fast-learner
