Payment Operations Specialist

- oversee and manage the end-to-end payment processing operations to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing - monitor and analyze payment systems performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational efficiency - ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies related to payment processing - collaborate with IT and technical teams to implement and maintain payment systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality - develop and maintain relationships with payment service providers, vendors, and financial institutions to support operational needs and resolve any issues - support the implementation of new payment technologies and solutions, including system upgrades and process improvements - address and resolve customer and partner inquiries related to payment transactions and processes in a timely and professional manner

- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - at least 3 years of experience in Fintech or payment companies - proven experience in payment operations, payment processing, or a similar role within a financial or payment services environment - strong understanding of payment processing systems, industry regulations, and compliance requirements - excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex operational issues - proficient in the use of payment systems and related software, with strong analytical and reporting skills - effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners - detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously good command of Russian and English languages
