Responsibilities
- university degree in finance, business or other related field
- at least 3 years of experience in Fintech or financial-banking sector
- experience with virtual POS systems, payment gateways, and e-commerce platform
- technical troubleshooting skills and experience with system integrations regulations
- understanding of global payment methods, systems, and regulations
- proactive mindset with business-savvy understanding
- strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying innovative solutions to payment-related challenges
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- sbility and desire to learn quickly
- result-driven with the ability to multitask and set priorities
- perfect command of Russian and English languages
Required Qualifications
- implement and maintain vPOS systems for online and remote transactions
- register vPOS service points in AS Bank and processing systems
- monitor and support virtual payment transactions to ensure accuracy and security
- analyse cardholders, card operations and service points in SmartVista system
- provide insights and recommendations for improving vPOS operations
- stay updated on industry regulations and trends
- prepare and present relevant reports
